Sessions are by appointment only-please call or text (585) 993-0393 to book your massage today! If your call is forwarded to my voicemail, please leave a message-I may be with a client and unable to answer the phone. I will return your call as soon as possible.

Normal business hours are as follows: 

Monday:  Closed

Tuesday: Noon-8pm 

Wednesday: Noon-8pm 

Thursday:  Noon-8pm 

Friday: Noon-2pm

Saturday: Noon-6pm

(closed last Saturday of the month) 

Sunday:  Closed 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me a 24 hour advance notice you will be charged half the cost of your appointment. This amount will be collected on your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged full session cost for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session cost. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
